**About us**

Wigwam Architecture and Build Ltd is a small business in Malton, North Yorkshire. We are a highly professional team with interesting and bespoke build contracts from small domestic extensions to larger commercial works and new builds etc.

We're looking for a person with advanced skills to help expand our team for an IMMEDIATE START.

- You must have experience in general building works from ground works & bricklaying through to roofing etc.
- We're currently a small business but developing the company to grow and expand our team.
- We pride ourselves on providing high quality work, attention to detail and performing outstanding results.
- Our company is very well established in a highly competitive market and we need help meeting our goals to keep up with the growing customer demand for our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Good knowledge of general building works to include from foundations right through to handover and completion.
- Very important that you have good communication skills to work with your teammates and ensure you communicate with the directors and project manager etc.
- Experience in the following trades is a priority: Bricklaying. Stone walling. Drainage. Excavation & Concrete Foundations. Roofing.
- Setting out of Masonry work to the buildings etc.
- Must ensure work is carried out to suit the specification etc and follow drawings.
- You must adhere and follow basic Health and Safety measures on site.
- Ensure your safe working area is safe and no danger to you or other teammates etc.
- Have good knowledge of building regulations.
- Must have a driving licence as our projects are around Malton, Pickering, Helmsley York etc, so getting to site is a priority and requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
