**Automotive Service Advisor / Service Reception Chesterfield Ford and Slater DAF Dealership**

An opportunity to join us at Ford and Slater in Chesterfield we are a highly successful **DAF **Main Dealership. Working as a **Receptionist / Service** **Advisor** dealing with Cars, Vans, Trucks, Trailers motor bikes, Commercial /Heavy Goods Vehicles. This is a new opportunity to join an expanding team. You will be customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals, and returning customers. This can be a very busy, demanding, and challenging environment and therefore requires a positive, patient individual who is committed to ensuring each customer feels well looked after.

**The role as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Reception at Ford and Slater you will be**
- Greeting customers into the Service department,
- Dealing with a varied customer base who need help with trucks, trailer, vans cars motor bikes (Commercial vehicles & light weight vehicles)
- Checking through paperwork in relation to any work required on the customer's vehicle,
- Liaising with the Workshop Technicians and Parts Department where required in terms of work carried out on the vehicle,
- Arranging collection or delivery of the vehicle
- Taking payments.

**Requirements of an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Reception**
- Motor Industry experience ideally within a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role.
- Computer literate.
- Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Experience on dealership reception or within a service bookings role who are looking to progress to a Service Advisor role.
