Operations Administrator and Invoicing Clerk

We are seeking dynamic and friendly individuals to join our Operations team.

As one of the highest rated plumbing & heating firms in the County, we're a fast paced business with high standards that has continued to grow year on year.
- Confident and personable with strong communication skills.
- Computer literate
- Exceptional attention to detail. Prior experience in an administration or customer services role would be preferable but not essential. Full training will be provided. Typical duties will include:

- Dealing with customer queries
- Following up from engineer visits
- Providing quotes to customers
- Bookings and logistics
- Operational administration
- Preparing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting other members of the office staff when necessary.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-4PM including 30 minutes for lunch.

The position will initially be office based in Foxley. After training there will be an opportunity to work from home on occasions.

Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
