We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Customer Service Advisor to join our team and be instrumental to the future of the company.

**Duties**
- Processing customer returns, refunds and sending replacements
- Finding solutions to repetitive tasks and helping automate them
- Opening and chasing to close any courier claims for loss or damage

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Highly organised and systematic when dealing with a wide variety of tasks. Able to achieve our goal of never letting a customer down.
- Customer-centric, calm and friendly. We aim to learn from every customer to improve our company procedures and products constantly.
- Very computer-literate and able to learn new software quickly, we use the latest CRM software.
- 3+ Years of work experience in a customer services role.

- Eastleigh, SO53 1HE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
