Tate are working with a well-known local authority in their search for Appeals Officers to start ASAP.

You would be supporting with appeals relating the Clean Air Zone was introduced across Bristol last year.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Data entry onto spreadsheets and databases
- Logging incoming appeals and vehicle keeper details
- Responding to appeals against Penalty Charge Notices
- General office and admin duties including opening and logging post
- Liaising with other internal departments in relation to more technical appeals.
- Providing advice to the Customer Service Centre on enquiries relating to Penalty Charge Notice appeals.
