You will be the go to person for client and colleagues Acting as the in-between for both parties With this in mind you will be a driven, well organised, customer focused individual with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

What would my duties be?
- Ensuring all business between clients and the company are carried out in an appropriate and timely manner
- Daily administration duties including high volume spreadsheets
- Producing weekly reports from detailed notes taken from customers
- Raising contracts and discussing with customers
- Authorising purchase invoices
- Working within a fast paced environment ensuring deadlines are met
What skills and experience would I need?
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced call centre environment with customer service or sales experience
- Strong attention to detail and able to analyse data and produce reports
- Ability to work under pressure and within a volume environment is vital
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages especially Excel

- Competitive salary £23k to £26k, DOE
- Working 8am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3:45 pm on a Friday with alternative fortnights being 8:45 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 9:15 am - 5pm on a Friday
