We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Service Helpdesk Coordinator who will help deliver outstanding service to our valued customers.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- Create all calls on our internal system; accurately and within required timescales, updating client portals wherever necessary.
- Liaise closely with Service Manager, raising issues on a timely basis to ensure speedy resolution.
- Must be able to work positively and with enthusiasm in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Work closely with team members, providing proactive support where necessary.

**Essential Criteria**

Previous experience in a similar service environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Other Information**
- Holidays: 33 days
- Hours: 40 per week to be worked 7:30am - 16:30pm
- Salary: Negotiable - dependent on experience.
- Office Location: Record UK Office, unit D, 9 Watt Place, Hamilton International Park, Blantyre, G72 0AH;
