**Community Mental Health Practitioner**
Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within a Crisis and Home Treatment Team, Based in Northampton
The team sits within the CMHT Team with the role predominately supporting patients in the community who are experiencing a mental health crisis. You will be offering short term intervention and risk management with the aim of avoiding hospital admission or facilitating early discharge from inpatient care. The team is a multi-disciplinary team which prioritises patient care, and is fun, friendly and supportive environment. It is essential that you have a valid driving license which access to a car. Crisis and community risk management experience is desirable. As part of this role you will be required to do assessments, tribunals, Section 41 and CTO reports. You must be EPMA trained & already have an active Smartcard and must have current or recent use and knowledge of SystmOne
This role is to commence ASAP with the hours being 30 per week, working Monday to friday
The hourly rate for this role is: £25.00 Per Hour
We offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet. Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
