Job Title: Mental Health PractitionerLocation: NorthamptonPay Rate: £48 per hourJob Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Band 6/7 Mental Health Practitioner on behalf of a private provider in Northampton for a locum position. This role is open to Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, or Social Workers with relevant experience—particularly those with expertise in dysphagia. Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive assessments for service users with complex needs. Provide specialist input for individuals with dysphagia, ensuring safe and effective management. Develop, implement, and review care/support plans in collaboration with the wider multi-disciplinary team. Advise, support, and train carers, families, and colleagues in safe swallowing and feeding practices. Contribute to safeguarding and risk assessments, escalating where appropriate. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards. Work flexibly within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
