This role reports to the Cyber Compliance Manager for British Airways and you will work closely with multiple partners across British Airways and IAG Tech, to support cyber change throughout BA.

You'll lead a team of Cyber Change Analysts to deliver and embed cyber change and improvement initiatives across BA. You'll design and deliver the end to end cyber change management strategy for projects, programmes and BAU activities. You'll work closely with the Comms team and the broader BA business to ensure cyber changes are positively delivered for our colleagues and adopted.

You'll evaluate and approve IT change requests, identifying, analysing and documenting potential risks or issues. You'll attend the BA Change Approval Board and prepare weekly and monthly management information around technology changes. You should have a sound knowledge and understanding of cyber technical controls with awareness of cyber regulations and requirements (PCI DSS, NIS-D, NIST, GDPR).
