Utilities Administrator

JN Civils Ltd is a civil engineering company providing utilities infrastructure for Gas, Water, Telecoms and Electric to leaders in the utilities sector. Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our ever-growing team of professionals within the Company working within the Telecoms division on our contract with Openreach.
**Responsibilities**:
- Capture all data recovered from site to review and input into Microsoft Office program
- Communicate with the JN Civils Site Managers and Coordinator to ensure all data is captured
- Upload specific site drawings to Web based portal
- Co-ordination of work management from start to finish
- Printing and putting together the job packs for the Site Operatives
- Any other administrative duties related to your business area as requested by your line manager
Experience
- Experience working for a civil engineering company or Principal Contractor (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced role
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced Contract Environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with working on Microsoft Office packages with advanced skills on Microsoft Excel
- Experience working on bespoke systems
Salary negotiable depending upon prior experience. Fresh graduates, preferably with a Civil Engineering qualification, will be considered for this role.
**Salary**: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift

- Preston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
