**What we are looking for**

We are looking for dynamic and caring individuals who are big on promoting independence and ensuring that every task is driven by the customers' choice and completed with them, not for them.

You could be helping people with mental health problems, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or people who would just like a bit of help. We support people from the ages of 18 years old right through to retirement and beyond.

A Care and Lifestyle Support Worker is a trained professional, a support worker, a carer, a care assistant, a gardener, a maintenance person, a cook, a cleaner, a companion, an adviser, a personal shopper, and someone who goes above and beyond what would be expected from generic home help service and someone who always behaves professionally with integrity and with honesty.

**Requirements**:

- To be an honest, empathetic, hardworking, and trustworthy individual
- You will have a caring approach
- A full driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance are required
- Due to the location of our customers, we can only consider drivers for the position at this stage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
