Our Property Management Team is responsible for ensuring that all our apartments are maintained to the high standard that we promise our guests and that any problems are dealt with quickly, leaving a smile on the guest’s face. As a Property Management Assistant,you’ll be responsible for maintaining great relationships with our landlords and building managers, as well as liaising with other team members to provide exceptional service to our guests.

There’s no such thing as a typical day but you can expect to be involved with activities such as coordination of daily maintenance tasks as well as arranging proactive maintenance activities. You’ll also be responsible for sourcing specific materials andliaising with third parties to ensure that issues are resolved swiftly

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the Property Management activity, including (but not limited to) dealing with all maintenance issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner, working within a team to ensure that all guests receivean exceptional level of service. You will coordinate the field staff and be responsible for dispatching them to various tasks.

To achieve this, you will need to ensure the following elements are handled in a professional manner to deliver our client’s excellent standards of service:

- Arranging preventative and reactive maintenance
- Outsourcing contractors, suppliers, management agents and landlords
- Health & Safety and legal requirements
- Sourcing materials and liaising with third party suppliers
- Coordination of daily maintenance tasks
- Liaison between the Block Manager & the Freeholders, Leaseholders, Contractors etc.
- Maintaining standards and complying with legislative requirements
- Managing the performance of direct reports achieving targets and standards set
