**Block Manager**
A dynamic and forward-thinking Property Management company based in Edgware are now seeking an experienced and reliable Block Manager to look after a portfolio of 500 units.
**The Company**
The successful Block Manager will join a small, growing company of around 40 persons. The Block Manager will have an assistant to help them manage their own portfolio of properties of varied size (accounting to around 500 units).
**The Block Manager requirements**:
Ideally IRPM qualified.
Previous experience as a Block Manager required
**The Role / Block Manager**
- Manage multiple properties / 500 units
- Manage clients queries and day-to-day issues in a quick and efficient manner
- Site inspections
- Checking contractor works
- Liaising with internal accounts
- Assisting with, and strong knowledge of Section 20 works
- Attending resident meetings and AGMS
- Knowledgeable of Health and Safety standards (qualifications preferred)
- Up to date with NHBC standards
- Strong written and verbal English
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
**In Return**
**Salary**: £30,000 - £40,000
Standard Holidays 20 days + bank holidays
