**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage employee records and maintain the Human Resources Information System to ensure data accuracy and compliance with OFSTED.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings,and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including induction and training coordination.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other areas of the school to ensure smooth HR operations and provide support for employee inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies and regulations.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Human Resources practices and principles, preferably at least Level 3 CIPD qualified.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £18,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 per week
