- Job Title: Building Supervisor
- Location: Rotherham, S60 1LH
- Salary: £34,000 per annum
- Hours: 40 hour week

About the Role:
As a Building Supervisor, you will work as part of a team to collate and prepare site documentation, coordinate installations, and support on-site teams. You’ll collaborate with internal departments - Cash Zone, Estates, and Security - and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all required specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

- Collate and update site information within Oracle and shared network drives
- Prepare Build/Electrician/Install team site files including relevant H&S documents, site surveys and photos, drawings, material lists and sub-contractor details
- Provide support to on-site teams: determining and communicating extra dimensions not shown on site plans, sourcing additional materials and arranging sub-contractor assistance
- Liaise with Cashzone Estates team to resolve any on-site issues
- Contact build teams daily to confirm progress and ‘sign-off’ works in the database
- Review site completion photos and ensure all requirements are met before team departure
- Process and forward ‘Destructive Survey’ documents and photos to the Estates team
- Conduct weekly quality control checks on builder documentation and site photos
- Perform occasional site audits to ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards
- When required assist build teams with vehicle loading to ensure correct materials, tools, and signage are prepared
- Coordinate and manage specialist sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled works

Key Requirements:

- Solid site-based knowledge of general building practices (e.g. partitioning, brickwork, groundworks, glazing, door installations)
- Clear and confident communicator with site teams, colleagues, and sub-contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and comfortable using databases
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of Health & Safety best practices, including asbestos awareness, method statements, and risk assessments
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
