Youll collaborate with internal departments - Cash Zone Estates and Security - and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all required specifications.Main Responsibilities:Collate and update site information within Oracle and shared network drivesPrepare Build/Electrician/Install team site files including relevant H&S documents site surveys and photos drawings material lists and sub-contractor detailsProvide support to on-site teams: determining and communicating extra dimensions not shown on site plans sourcing additional materials and arranging sub-contractor assistanceLiaise with Cashzone Estates team to resolve any on-site issuesContact build teams daily to confirm progress and sign-off works in the databaseReview site completion photos and ensure all requirements are met before team departureProcess and forward Destructive Survey documents and photos to the Estates teamConduct weekly quality control checks on builder documentation and site photosPerform occasional site audits to ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standardsWhen required assist build teams with vehicle loading to ensure correct materials tools and signage are preparedCoordinate and manage specialist sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled worksKey Requirements:Solid site-based knowledge of general building practices (e.g. partitioning brickwork groundworks glazing door installations)Clear and confident communicator with site teams colleagues and sub-contractorsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and comfortable using databasesFamiliarity with AutoCAD (preferred but not essential)Understanding of Health & Safety best practices including asbestos awareness method statements and risk assessmentsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedulesStrong problem-solving mindset and proactive approachWhat we can offer you:34000.00 per annum24 days holiday rises to 25 after 5 years service.Competitive defined contribution company pension with Fidelity.50% Employer funded single private medical cover provided by Bupa with the option to buy additional cover.Access to opt into a range of competitively priced benefits including health cash plan dental cover cancer checks health assessments critical illness cover and cycle to work scheme.Employee life assurance.Employer funded Income protection scheme.Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 counselling service.Access to MYGYM discounts for membership offers and discounts.Access to a range of lifestyle discounts.#LI-WB1 Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
