**Administrator**

**Hours**: 8am to 5pm - 37.5hours / week

**Salary**: £10 - £10.50ph

Our client is a leading finished vehicle logistics company with locations across the UK who specialise in new and used vehicle preparation, logistics and secure storage to the automotive industry. They are currently seeking an experienced administrator towork in Sheerness, Kent.

**The role**:

- Raising job cards & assisting the BodyShop Estimator
- Updating inhouse systems
- Liaising with various departments across the business
- Completion of required reports within tight deadlines.
- General Administration duties
- Ad-Hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line Manager

**Essential qualities and requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Computer literate, including excellent Excel knowledge
- Confident at picking up the phone and in a polite telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player
- Extremely quality conscious and customer orientated
