**About the Role**

At Sodexo, we create a vibrant, warm welcoming atmosphere where we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. we currently have a vacancy for a **Front of House Coordinator** to join our busy team at **Leatherhead**

Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You’ll be a warm, friendly & dynamic individual with the ability to multi task in a pro-active team to deliver an exceptional level of service.

You'll be ensuring all building occupants, visitors and guests receive the highest level of service in a pleasant clean and safe environment. The cleanliness and housekeeping of the reception and surrounding areas to proactively control and develop the coordination, planning and organisation of the Front of House Services including - Reception, Client Meeting Suite, Visitor Lounge, Concierge, Meeting Room Bookings, Event Planning and any other associated services.

**A few things about you**

Our Front of House Coordinators are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that fantastic customer service is always at the forefront If you are a friendly, and approachable individual with great communication skills and IT know-how this could be the perfect role for you

Similar experience is essential and if you have great people and IT skills, we’d love to hear from you. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus too
