You'll be working for **Saint-Gobain Building Distribution (SGBD) Minster** in **Cardiff**. **Minster** is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and our mission is 'to be recognised as the first choice distribution partner for interiors and external envelope solutions'. Through our nationwidenetwork of branches, we stock leading brand names, such as British Gypsum, Rockwool, Isover, Knauf and many more, meaning product can be delivered to our customers where and when they need it.
Our branch colleagues and sales experts are knowledgeable and ready to support even the most complex of projects, to help our customers enjoy a hassle-free personalised trading experience.

- Experience in customer focused environment
- Ability to communicate and influence
- Ability to work within a team locally and nationally
- Knowledge of the industry preferred but not essential
- Proficient MS Office skills
**What will I be doing in the role?**
Our Key Account Manager are important contributors to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. As part of an internal sales team, you will be expected to build relationships and develop sales opportunitieswith internal/external customers and suppliers. To support our customers effectively you will:
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge
- Ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by the Customer
- Support all Company Customer Service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SGBD Business Control procedures
