Due to exponential growth, an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an power-house in offshore energy has become available. This company is trusted and well-renowned for its oil and gas engineering solutions, with their people at the heart ofeverything that they do. This is a hybrid and flexible position to ensure you maintain a work-life balance as a holistic individual.

This is a key leadership role, where you will be tasked with managing a team and a diverse portfolio of projects to ensure that solutions are implemented that comply with all of the necessary standards, are on-time and top quality.

You will enjoy being a mentor for your team, and being 'hands on' as well as supporting and overseeing the Project Managers and Project Engineers.

**What you will be doing**

From defining project scopes to directing and managing the project delivery, no two days will be the same in this role. Through your coaching and mentorship, your team will reach their full professional potential and their output will be optimised.

You will define key 'gates' through being involved in project planning, and managing and overseeing the project from conception to grave.

Managing project control documentation and the development of detailed project plans, you will be attending progress meetings and ensuring proposals and reports are delivered to support the projects.

Ideally, you will have a formal qualification in Engineering supported by a Project Management qualification. A background in Offshore energy is highly advantageous, and you will be a collaborative team-player able to motivate and lead by example.
