The role: Qualifications:
Key responsibilities:
- Entering customer orders into an ERP system.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed prior to orders being shipped.
- Strong product knowledge around the whisky and spirits industry.
- Liaising with various relevant departments to ensure orders are on track and of a high quality.
- Continuously developing and working on the company's customer service offering.
- Being fair and considerate to customers whilst ensuring we are also doing the best for the business.
- Communicate any potential leads with the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with our customers and consumers.
- Monitor and process all sales from our various websites.
- Weekly physical stock checks, reconciling on ERP.
Skills required:
? Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective relations internally and externally
? Ambition and self-motivation
? Strong problem-solving skills and must be analytical
? Adaptability and confidence
? Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written
? Ability to work under pressure and have strong timekeeping skills
? Strong communication skills.
? A professional & presentable demeanour with a great telephone manner
? A proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package
? Excellent organisational/administrative skills with very strong attention to detail Essential:
- 2 + years customer service experience
Desirable:
- Drinks or whisky industry experience
- Educated to degree level
