About the RoleAs the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. You'll handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and support the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks that keep our client's office running like clockwork. What You'll Be DoingDelivering first-class customer care via phone, email, and in personSupporting the CRM and Office Managers with customer enquiries and complaintsKeeping up to date with product changes and ensuring accurate information is sharedAccurately updating information in the CRM system.
