**Tructyre**has an exciting opportunity for a **Zone Manager** to join the team based in **Bodmin.**You will be joining on a **full-time permanent basis**and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of** **u p to £32,000 per annum plus bonus**.

Our mission is to De-risk Britain’s Fleets by offering complete, commercial tyre management to our nationwide client’s. This includes tyre maintenance,tyre supply and 24/7 rapid emergency assistance.

In the UK our team of 600 colleagues work across a warehouse network, regional depots, and our customer experience centre to take care of our customers.

Tructyre’s team of keyworkers have kept Britain’s fleets moving, helping make essential deliveries during the pandemic. As a result, we are looking for as a result, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Tyre Technician to service our customers vehiclesand keep them on the road.

**About theZone Manager role**:
Working from our Local Depot, our **Zone Manager** will support the Regional Operations Manager by leading and managing a team of Truck Tyre Technicians and Chargehands, involved in the repair, servicing and fitting of commercial tyres for ourcustomer’s vehicles.

**Your responsibilities as ourZone Manager will include**:

- Providing pro-active operational leadership to your team of chargehands and fitters whilst driving key performance and desirable behaviours in-line with our values.
- Own agreed profit and loss (P&L) targets to deliver sustained profitability and ensure the commercial success of your zone.
- Managing and controlling stock, ensuring accuracy and that the correct stock levels are maintained.

**What we’re looking for in ourZone Manager**:

- Experience of working with commercial tyres - fitting, replacing and servicing commercial tyres
- REACT Card holder
- Experience in leading/managing a team and working to define key performance indicators
- Feel comfortable travelling as your team of technicians will be truly mobile and operate across our customer’s sites and attend rapid response work within their geographic area
- A passion for customer service
- Hold a full UK driving license, as the role will require region-wide travel
