**Job Overview**
Are you a proactive, highly organised professional looking to make a real impact? Step into an integral role as Executive Assistant to our Managing Director and Founder, supporting strategic projects, optimising workflows, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**About the Role**

In this multi-faceted position, you'll blend personal assistance, project coordination, and team facilitation, enabling our Managing Director to focus on high-level strategies. You’ll have ownership of key tasks, creating a streamlined environment that allows the MD to delegate confidently and focus on growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Task Prioritisation & Planning**: Conduct weekly task-planning meetings to review and organise the MD’s priorities, both business and personal.
- **Project & System Support**: Assist with marketing initiatives, business expansion efforts, presentations, and proposals aligned with the MD’s vision.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organise and attend meetings on behalf of the MD, take minutes, assign actions, and ensure follow-ups.
- **Workflow & Efficiency Improvement**: Identify ways to enhance processes, propose proactive solutions, and track progress.

- **Skilled Communicator**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

- **Interest in Growth**: Enthusiastic about entrepreneurial environments and eager to contribute to our ongoing expansion.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience or understanding of the events catering industry is a plus.
- **Commercially Aware**: An appreciation for business needs and an eye for new opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
