**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
− Supervising day to day operation of the production kitchen

− Supervise teams to ensure the range is produced to an excellent standard of quality and visual presentation

− Managing stock intake and outtake

− Adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements and maintaining excellent hygiene standards

− Maximize efficiency of a production kitchen by mínimal wastage and labor costs in line with targets set

− Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of products from CPU to retail stores and customers.

− Managing and ensuring stock levels are adequate

− General food production tasks

− Kitchen hygiene and organization

− Able to maintain a proficient understanding of our operational requirements and what is needed to fulfill them

− Ensuring the production kitchen is kept clean and that machinery is kept clean and in good working order

**Requirements**:

- Production kitchen supervisory experience
- Food production / cooking experience
- Previous role in a commercial kitchen environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work as a team and work well with others
- Must be clean, organized and helpful with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Interest in healthy food is favourable, but not essential
- Level 2 Food & Hygiene certificate is a plus
- Eligible to live and work in UK

**Salary**: £29,000.00 per year
