**About Us**: Fresco Foodservice is a leading supplier of premium food products in Glasgow, known for our commitment to quality and customer service. We are looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing and Sales Administrator to join our team and help us elevate our brand and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design and produce eye-catching monthly and quarterly brochures using Canva, showcasing our latest products and promotions.
- **Website Maintenance**: Regularly update and maintain the visual and informational content on our website, ensuring all product images and descriptions are current and compelling.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, create, and post engaging content across our social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and fostering community interaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to help shape our marketing strategies and product offerings.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, updating customer databases, and coordinating promotional activities.
- **General Administration**: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the marketing and sales teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably within the foodservice or retail industry.
- Proficient in Canva, Mailchimp, and website CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing business accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
