This is an opportunity that doesn't come up too often. It's a growth opportunity in the games industry, working with a fantastic team based in the diverse and vibrant city of Brighton
As part of Hangar 13's Brighton People Team, you'll be challenged with a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure we keep the department running smoothly. Demonstrating a passion for organising, scheduling, supporting others and getting involved in exciting projects.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, with a dotted line to our Lead Recruiter. This role spans both HR and Recruitment, assisting the team with varied tasks and always with a keen eye on potential improvements or tweaks that can make valuable contributions to our operations.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
HR
- Maintain employee/personnel files on company HRIS (Workday)
- Act as first line of contact for HR queries, handling the People Team inbox and directing or escalating queries.
- Assist with employee lifecycle, including onboarding administration, during employment processes, compliance checks and updating of relevant documentation
- Supporting the Snr HR Manager with onboarding briefings and leaver exit interviews
- Assist in the administration of and contribute to projects
- Providing support and assistance to the wider team and leadership as and when required
Recruitment
- Build out interview processes in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Support ad hoc cases such as relocation
**What We're Looking For**:
- Passionate about people, culture, and organisation
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple things at a time
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Familiar with Microsoft office (good Excel skills a plus)
- A natural collaborator with great communication skills, both verbal and written
- No task is too small, but you love to support on wider projects
- A desire to build a career in HR and want to learn from others
- Associate CIPD membership, level 3 or higher, OR working towards it
