Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2 x Graduates to join our committed team at our Yusen Logistics Staines site on a full-time, permanent basis, predominantly working Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be given.

The Role

As an Air Freight Export Clerk, you will support our airfreight export services by ensuring all shipments undertake and complete their journeys successfully.

Overseeing the export process, you will complete Export Customs declarations and prepare Air Export documentation to regulatory standards along with all associated tasks in a start-to-finish role.

Ensuring we deliver our customers the best possible value, you will liaise with customers, negotiate carrier rates for specific shipments and create customer pricing on our software.

Additionally, you will ensure that all our exports follow company policies and comply with all relevant industry regulations, including AVSEC, H&S and ISO.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- The ability to prioritise and organise workloads
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
