We are passionate about what we do and expect the highest standards from every member of our fantastic team. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and motivated **Commercial Manager** to join us on our exciting journey.

**Primary Role**

In this role as **Commercial Manager** you will be familiar with, and responsible for, all areas of the business and the coordination of processes and operations across the organization.

You will be required to have a good grasp of finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources and professional company certifications.

**Required Skills and Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit.
- Produce commercial bids and responses to tenders.
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
- Review supplier’s commercial contracts and NDA’s.
- Office audits, including annual external quality reviews, such as ISO 9001:2015.
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
- Oversee and manage HR.
- Financial management and working closely with the accounts team.
- Legal management, working closely with the external legal team.
- Report key results to the Company Directors.

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
