An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a Commercial and Agricultural Property Department in Hereford/Shrewsbury at one of the most recognised firms of Solicitors in the Commercial and Agricultural Property sector. The firm can offertop quality work and a supportive environment with structured career progression along with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
Our client is a reputable law firm with offices based across Shropshire. They offer a modern working environment whilst also maintaining a great down to earth feel about them They are now seeking a Commercial/Agricultural Property Solicitor NQ upwards whois able to assist in building or taking on from the outset an array of work.
You will work within a team comprising of 13 other members across all offices, but in Shrewsbury you will be working with an Associate, another Solicitor and Secretarial support.
The role will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work with regular client contact where you will be responsible for running your own files and working closely with other individuals within the commercial and agricultural property team in Hereford(and as part of a team of 30 across the entire firm). The firm offers a “city” type service through its excellent staff and the technology it invests in. The firm has a local feel, meaning that they are able to act for some of largest landowners in Englandand Wales.
The right person for this role will have an in-depth understanding of property work and a passion to develop their career in this field. Hard working with strong interpersonal skills along with confidence when dealing with clients and a passion for businessdevelopment are vital traits for this role along with working as a part of a team.
