A start up hotel group with locations around the UK are looking for a Hospitality Sales Executive to join the company.
You will be responsible for bringing in the corporate, meeting and events business for the hotel based in Cricklewood, NW London. If you are wonderful with people, have strong experience in a hotel sales environment and are looking to join our growth journey,then join us.
The hotel group?is an exciting new hospitality company backed by major institutional investors. The company has a portfolio of 11 hotels and is rapidly increasing its national footprint.?We are an investor in people, and you will be given ample opportunitiesto shine, challenge yourself, lead others and realise your full potential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage small and medium accounts - corporate and meeting & events segments
- Proactive - new business focus on corporate, meetings & events - targeted weekly face to face appointments and telesales
- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise our revenues
- Work with the General Manager and the Central Sales Team on annual sales plans
- Ensure all key clients have individual business plans and objectives and are used as working documents
- Attending and contributing to weekly sales meetings
- Contributing to weekly reporting on key activities completed / business developed
- Generate new business through market research, liaising with the central sales team and collaborating with our sister hotels
- Represent the hotel at industry networking events and sales trips, and organise on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization trips
- Work towards personal corporate and meeting & events revenue goals and KPIs
- Cross-sell all the portfolio of hotels to maximise revenue opportunities
**Prerequisites**:
- Someone with at least 2 years of experience in hotel sales
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional outlook with an eye for detail and target driven
- A people person who's great at growing and nurturing long-lasting relationships
