We are currently recruiting for permanent Multi skilled operatives to join our ever-expanding Rail maintenance team. This position is available to start immediately.

The main responsibilities will be for attending and rectifying faults which get issued on train station buildings, canopies and platforms as part of a planned maintenance contract. Works comprise of the maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, in response to defects and issues raised by occupants, users or following routine inspections of these facilities. The work, being of a maintenance and repair nature, will be diverse and occur at irregular intervals.

Works will include groundworks, minor glazing repairs, timber repairs and general property maintenance.

The location will cover train stations in Wessex, Sussex and Kent; therefore, it is essential to have a full UK driving licence, with a van and fuel being provided. Applicants will be placed in the region closest to their home address but on occasions, travelling between areas will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
