**Rail Safety Manager**
GTS Transportation are recruiting for a Rail Safety Manager permanently predominantly remote but with some travel to London. Paying up to £80,000 (Dependant on experience) + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 12% Pension + Life Assurance and more. **Rail Safety ManagerJob Description**:
- Must have Rail Safety Management experience and or Regulatory Safety, Safety Reporting to Senior Management, working experience of dealing with safety associations / regulators such as ORR, RSSB etc.
- Most of this work will contain safety management for operations and maintenance so this experience is key.
- Responsible for the safety management system incorporating H&S best practice, ensuring the requirements of ROGS, RRFSO, HASAWA and rail industry standards are met correctly.
- Must be well educated and have the correct safety qualification and ideally will be degree qualified in a similar field.
- Responsible for the safety validation programme, ensuring the requirements of ROGs and the Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation & Assessment.
- Will require to go trackside on occasion which will be sponsored for you.
