This role sits within our busy and fast-paced Sales Order Processing Department. We are a team of five, consisting of two Dealer Support Co-Ordinators and two Fleet Support Executives, all reporting to the SOP Logistics and Inventory Manager.

We are based at our Head Office in Warwick. Our hybrid working model means that you can spend 50% of your time working from our office in Warwick and 50% working from home.

This is a great opportunity to join our small friendly team who have a supportive and collaborative way of working.

**JOB SUMMARY**
- To establish robust registration processes, investigating ways to streamline working practices that adhere to legislative frameworks and take account of internal type approval support systems:

- Extract vehicle data and undertake RAV (Register a Vehicle) system uploads to include administration of multistage certificates of conformity.
- Produce all required type approval documentation for fleet registrations.
- Resolve registration disputes and provide on-going solutions to the Dealer Network
- Ensure registration process/documentation are aligned to audit validation.
- Implement continual improvements, identify/deliver efficiencies within the system and registration processes.
- Automation and improve vehicle data extraction
- Liaise with Society of Motor Manufacturers and traders Ltd for new model type codes

**Job Type**: Temporary
