**We are currently Recruiting for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, this is to work in a home for children and young people with complex needs**

**The home is ran by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff.**

**Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker roles are one step below management, working as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker is an important part of a Residential setting - you will lead a team of support worker’s and be a real voice for the young people in your care.**

**The young people in these homes have not chosen to be there, as a Senior Children’s Residential Support worker you will be working with them to create a family environment, making their experience as positive as possible. This allows for a good working relationship and positive outcomes for the young people.**

**On top of helping shape the futures of young people, you will gain valuable experience as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker and training as well as qualifications as you grow with a company that has the staff, and young people at the heart of its operation.**

**Senior Children’s Residential Support Workers are supported fully from a progression standpoint, there are multiple opportunities to grow and move into management positions. Working within this organisation as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker**
- £24,000.00 - £28,576.00 including sleep ins
- Clear progression plans
- Sleep-ins paid at competitive rate as well as opportunities for overtime
- Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
- Level 3 Residential Child care required/ Level 4 Children Young People and Families Practitioner (Or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Salary**: £21,840.00-£26,316.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 Residential Childcare (preferred)
- Full UK Driving License (preferred)
