??Salary: £37,400 per annum

??Contract: Permanent, Full Time

?Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5:15pm)

??Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes or Rushden office

**?Snapshot of your role**

Your role is to bring balance to difficult situations, using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From building strong evidence to representing Amplius at court, your work will directly influence customer wellbeing, organisational risk and our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.

This is a role for someone who believes in collaboration, sound judgement, and accountability. You’ll be calm under pressure, confident in your expertise, and motivated by making a meaningful difference to the communities we serve. **??What we’re looking for**
- CIH Level 3 - already achieved, working towards or willing to do so.

- Good knowledge and experience overseeing enforcement services.

- Good knowledge of Housing and Tenancy Law, including preparation of legal documents and court proceedings.

- Up to date knowledge of the regulatory environment, able to keep abreast of changes within the sector and ability to embed this into policies and processes

- Experience of building positive relationships with local authority partners and other key stakeholders

- Able to use housing systems effectively

- Able to travel around a large geography as required

- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with the capacity to navigate complex challenges.

?? A full UK driving license is essential for this role.

??? DBS clearance is required for this role.
