Administrative Assistant

Based on Thorp Arch Trading Estate (near Wetherby)

**Position Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain and update client contact lists
- Completing RAMS and permits
- Data inputting
- Raising Jobs and updating the status
- Updating all administration on 3rd party portals
- Chasing suppliers for parts ordered advising ETA’s on deliveries
- Arranging parts to be returned
- Participating in the on-call rota
- General administration updating internal worksheets, sub-contractor worksheets and following up with incomplete worksheets
**Essential Qualities**:
- Excellent customer service
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and approach them logically
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Remuneration**:
- Competitive Salary dependant on experience based on a (40-hour week)
- Standby pay for answering service calls out of hours
- Company laptop
- Birthday’s off as an additional day’s leave
- Parking on-site
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per completed calendar year up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave
