Office Administrator Assistant

The Innocent Pet Care Company is a family-owned pet food and treat manufacturer, best known for its high quality and innovative dog and cat products.
Launching 10 years ago, the company’s refreshing approach to pet food has won prestigious industry awards including “Best New Dog Food” with the introduction of its air-dried complete food. The brand has an exciting growth strategy, with big ambitions and is looking to recruit an Office Administrator Assistant to help support the team.
This is a temporary role to cover sickness, holidays and vacancies for one month, with potential to roll the contract afterwards. The hours are 09.30 - 15.30 Monday to Friday but we are happy to discuss these to fit around school drop offs or other commitments.
The role entails:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting sales team with the processing of sales orders and sending out invoices
- Assisting marketing team with marketing activity & projects
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Performing general administrative and ad hoc tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
