The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team, supporting students in Key Stage 1 and 2 with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural needs.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with ASD and behavioural needs in Key Stage 1 and 2.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, with a particular focus on behaviour.
- Passion for supporting the development and well-being of students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement and adapt behaviour management strategies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
