Are you someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and supporting young people to grow, learn, and succeed? We are looking for a full-time Learning Mentor to join a vibrant, inclusive secondary school community where the child is always at the centre.

Led by an experienced and compassionate Head Teacher, this is a school where staff are genuinely supported, and every child is seen as an individual with unique strengths and challenges. Having worked alongside the leadership team for over 13 years, I can personally speak to the school’s warm, collaborative, and purpose-driven culture.

**About the Role**
This role is about more than academic support—it’s about connection. You’ll work closely with students who need an additional layer of care, providing one-to-one mentoring, emotional support, and practical guidance to help them engage fully with school life.
