**WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR**

**Shift pattern / Working hours**

8am - 15.30 Monday

9am - 16.00 Tuesday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity to work alongside PnO ferries for a warehouse administrator.

**Job role**

Working as an administrator to support operations and shipping requirements
- Operating SAP systems and bespoke systems
- Arranging Dispatch and Intake orders
- Producing stock reports
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- General Administration duties as required
- Using Microsoft Package; Outlook, Excel

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential e.g. Warehouse Administrator, Senior Administrator, Logistics Co-ordinator, Dispatch Operator, Stock Administrator
- Previous experience operating SAP systems is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
- Good administrative skills and able to follow process.
- Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
- Reliable with good timekeeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, L20 1BG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SAP Warehouse Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
