We are working with one of the UK's leading retail / e-commerce businesses, in search of a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join their growing and very successful team.

This is an exciting opportunity for any Shift Supervisor to challenge themselves within this fast paced, dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 8-10 warehouse operatives, operating across varying shift patterns. In this role you will assume responsibility for delivering and achieving all service levels, includingcost savings, productivity efficiencies and operational setup.

You will also oversee the delivering / collecting vehicles and driver management as well as manage, train & develop all team members.

This role operates on a rolling 3-week shift pattern, consisting of early's (7.00am), days and lates (not passed 9pm). There is also 1 weekend in 3 to be worked and you must be commutable within the Cambridgeshire / Huntingdonshire area too
