Call Centre Agent

**NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Call Centre Representative** to join us working in our award-winning, **Newcastle** **City Centre call centre **on behalf of an established, campaign representing the **largest UK Mobile Network/Broadband Provider**.

**January 3rd Start Date: New Year, New You**

We are currently looking for outbound sales agents who will positively interact with **existing customers** to promote and **sell additional products, benefits,** and **discounts** on behalf of our client. **That means no cold calling**

No Experience? That doesn’t matter. 95% of our colleagues have never worked in a call centre before. **Our vacancies are suitable for people working in retail, care, warehouse, hospitality, hair / beauty and sales or customer service roles. **We will provide you with fully paid comprehensive training and on-going support when training is complete.

**The Package**:

- £17,000 - £25,000 OTE
- Uncapped monthly commission
- Permanent Full Time Position
- Four Weeks fully paid training
- Onsite Role (Newcastle City Centre)

**What will the role involve?**
- Speaking to existing customers in a **fast-paced, target driven** environment
- Spending time understanding **customer needs** and recommending Client products that will **improve** the **customers **and their **household’s** technological needs and lifestyles.
- Being part of a **supportive, fun,** and **friendly** sales **team**:

- Updating account profiles on our **in-house systems**:

- Maintaining a **professional **image for ourselves and our clients

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
