**Control Room Operator - Operations Control Centre**

The OCC (Operations Control Centre) is the central hub that provides twenty-four hours a day, proactive monitoring, and alarm activation response.

**Reports to**:
Shift Supervisor and/or Control Room Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:(Duties to include but not limited to)

Monitoring, Activations & Administration
- Residential and commercial
- Oversee alarm activations, alarm resets
- Provide basic technical support
- Site attendance - Keyholding
- Reporting and logging of incidents/occurrences
- Fault reporting
- Provide support on installations and walk tests
- Liaise with engineers, clients, partner agencies and internal departments
- Data input and formulating reports
- Ensure logs and customer databases are up to date
- Understanding and compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) & The Data Protection Act 2018

**Qualifications & Experience**:
SIA CCTV - (required)

Driving Licence (required)

SIA Door Supervisor - Frontline (preferable)

A year’s Control Room experience (preferable)

**Schedule**:
06:00-18:00. 18:00-06:00. Monday-Sunday average 48 hours per week (minimum)

**Benefits & Pay**:
Starting: £26,407.68 rising to £31,200.00 per annum (through salary increments)

Holiday: 20 days 1st year, then 1 extra day per year, up to 25 days

Annual Attendance Bonus (based on no sick leave)
