We are looking for Level 3 Nursery Room Leaders to join our new nursery in Bromley on a full-time basis (4 or 5 days a week). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth of a new nursery from opening.

**A little bit about us**

We are a small family run nursery group that has been operating for over 30 years. We currently have four nurseries, all of which are rated 'Good' by Ofsted and have a strong waitlist. We value each and every member of our staff team and recognise that people can bring different ideas and suggestions all of which are equally valued. We view our team members as our extended family and most of our staff have worked with the company for many years.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience of working in a nursery (ideally as a room leader)
- Passionate about working in the early years
- Able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
- Level 3 or above full and relevant early years qualification
- Committed to your role
- A fun, can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and well-being
- Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards to ensure high-quality care.

Nursery Room Leader

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
