**Overview**
**Duties**
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all children.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents that may occur.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide children in their learning journey.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Pay: £24,509.00-£27,380.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
**Experience**:
- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
