Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

**(Will consider Term Time)**

**Duties**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs for children in the early years.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, play, and explore.
- Provide individualised attention and support to each child's developmental needs.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and development.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and regulations related to early childhood education.

Qualifications:

- Early Years Childcare in Level 2 or 3.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- An enhanced DBS check (signed up to the update system).

**Salary**: £15,600.00-£22,000.00 per year
