**What will I do as a Manufacturing Manager**:
You will play an important role in ensuring the site and team are prepared to deliver against demand plans successfully. You will champion product quality and strive to ensure your team are fully equipped with the knowledge, skill and passion to perform at their best. Health, Safety & Environment will be at the forefront of your output, whilst helping to guarantee the site conforms with legislation and compliance.

**What we’re looking for in a Manufacturing Manager**:

- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager ideally within Food Production.
- A natural role model, mentor and leader with great communication skills
- Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and lead from the front.
- Thrive in a past paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
