Best Western Ship Hotel, Weybridge is looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our dynamic Front of House Team. The hotel is located in the heart of Weybridge on the High Street with 76 bedrooms, bar, restaurant and function facilities.

As a Hotel Receptionist you would be responsible for the greeting and farewell of all guests and visitors to the hotel. They deal with arrivals, departures and the co-ordination of all customer requests during their stay with us. The delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests is paramount to every task they complete.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Outstanding customer care at all times

Check-in and check out guests

Telephone handling

Ensure all customer queries and requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner

Maintaining all equipment and work areas, including key and cash security

Maintain a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times

Previous experience would be preferable although training will be given.
